I didn't think Bandana's would be the winner, to be honest.  But they were the three that came off the top of my head.

Balducci's is a little known secret in the basement of a strip center.  It's good food and a smoke free atmosphere, but can be considered a little spendy (for those of us on a budget, anyway).  But it is good.
